The radiopharmaceutical sector is experiencing a dual surge in technological breakthroughs and capital activity. Radioligand therapy continues to gain momentum, driven by its “precise delivery + potent cytotoxicity” profile. Pipeline iteration is accelerating, with significant technological transitions evident. New target strategies are moving beyond homogenization, and domestic companies are increasingly positioning their core pipelines for global recognition.

M&A activity on the capital front is equally intense. Multinational pharmaceutical companies are acquiring assets to fill gaps in their target pipelines or securing core technology platforms to build competitive moats, while domestic enterprises are integrating industry chain resources through transactions alongside their independent R&D breakthroughs. The deep intertwining of pipeline value and deal logic has made discussions on asset valuation, risk management, and synergy realization increasingly urgent within the industry.
