With nearly a decade of investment experience in the healthcare industry, I have long been deeply engaged in frontier tracks of biomedicine, leading investments across core areas such as innovative drugs, CXO (CRO/CDMO), cell and gene therapy (CGT), and precision diagnostics. Leveraging profound industry insights and precise track judgment, I have conducted systematic research and evaluation on hundreds of biopharmaceutical enterprises. I have led key investments in projects including Nuoyu Pharma, Gaowei Pharma, Tianji Jishi, Haoyang Biologics, Puyuan Biologics, Weiyuan Biology, and Huijian Technology, among others. Many of these projects have entered the value realization phase, achieving significant valuation increases. I specialize in full-cycle investment management, from early-stage discovery and in-depth analysis to post-investment value creation, with solid layout experience and a unique investment perspective in frontier fields such as radiopharmaceuticals.

Graduated with a degree in English Pharmacy from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. A seasoned expert in pharmaceutical industry management and business development (BD), currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Sinotau. Previously held management positions at central state-owned enterprises (Sino Pharm) and Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies (Schering-Plough), overseeing commercial and medical affairs, and was awarded the Outstanding Contribution Award. Possesses extensive domestic and international work and training experience, with profound insights into the industrial translation of international projects for localization in China, particularly featuring practical expertise in fundraising, BD, strategic alliances, and innovation promotion within the radiopharmaceutical sector.

Ph.D. in Microbiology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Has successively engaged in investment and corporate operations management at multiple institutions, possessing extensive experience in R&D, investment, and industry management. Fir Creek Capital is an emerging investment fund focused on the biopharmaceutical and broader healthcare sectors. Its team comprises high-caliber professionals from the industry, scientific research, and venture capital communities, bringing rich expertise in both the pharmaceutical industry and investment.

Focused on research and investment in the biopharmaceutical sector, with 8 years of investment experience in related fields, including cross-border M&A and VC/PE investments.Cumulatively completed investments in more than 10 domestic innovative drug and medical device companies, four of which have completed IPOs.

Graduated with a major in Pediatrics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (formerly Shanghai Second Medical University). Possesses over 30 years of experience in hospitals and pharmaceutical companies, having held positions at renowned enterprises such as AstraZeneca, Nuo Di Ya Xi, Astellas, and Ferring. Responsible for clinical development or clinical operations in China, with nearly 20 years of operational management experience. Has comprehensive knowledge and extensive project experience in regulatory affairs, clinical operations, and pharmacovigilance (PV) throughout the drug development process.

She graduated from the School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology at Tianjin University, then pursued further studies in the United States at Columbia University, where she earned a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. She later obtained an MBA degree from Emory University. Her research focuses on antiviral and anticancer small-molecule drugs. She contributed to the development of Molnupiravir, which was licensed by Merck & Co., Inc. in the United States and has since received FDA approval for the treatment of COVID-19.

Dr. Huanyu Zhao previously managed biotechnology commercialization at U.S. universities, focusing on the establishment of biotech startups and the development of patent and product commercialization strategies. He later oversaw pipeline management for biologic drug programs targeting rheumatic diseases and rare diseases at Horizon Therapeutics, a U.S. pharmaceutical company. Subsequently, he held roles at Livzon Pharmaceutical Group’s North America division and Virogin Biotech, where he was responsible for in-licensing, out-licensing, corporate financing, and strategic investments. In 2025, he joined Jinghe Bio as Vice President of Business Development.
