Innoray

Provider of Medical Equipment and Management Solutions in the Field of Bone Metabolism

Innoray Healthcare has recently successfully completed a multi-million RMB financing round. This round was jointly invested by the Shanghai Lingang Guotai Haitong Securities Qihang Venture Capital Investment Partnership (Lingang Qihang Fund) and the Hangzhou Jushangjian Venture Capital Investment Partnership (BioClub Fund), a fund under BioClub. The Weigao Group participated deeply through the BioClub Fund, providing full-chain industrial empowerment to Innoray Healthcare.

This round of financing will help Innoray Healthcare accelerate the domestic substitution of photon energy spectrum bone densitometers, advance the registration and mass production of bone metabolism five-item test kits, establish standardized bone metabolism diagnosis and treatment centers, fully empower primary and private hospitals, and strategically enter the new consumer healthcare sector, collectively reshaping the new ecosystem of orthopedic diagnosis and treatment.

Innoray Healthcare is a leading provider of comprehensive solutions for bone metabolism specialty outpatient services in China. The company focuses on the R&D and system development of the entire process of bone metabolism prevention, screening, diagnosis, testing, and treatment. It previously completed a Pre-A financing round led by CS Capital, and is the first innovative enterprise in China to have established the entire chain of bone metabolism diagnosis and treatment.

Innoray Healthcare has built a product matrix covering the full scenarios of screening, diagnosis, testing, and prevention:

INNO-E (Revitalization): An intelligent full-process dual-energy bone densitometer designed for one-stop bone metabolism screening in primary hospitals, featuring easy operation and a closed-loop workflow.

INNO-S (Rejuvenation): The first photon energy spectrum X-ray bone densitometer in China. It has entered the NMPA innovation pathway and initiated clinical validation, representing a new benchmark for domestic high-end bone density testing.

INNO-Z (Smart Star): A fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer that supports fully automated detection of bone metabolism five-item (bone turnover markers), filling the gap in domestic bone metabolism testing.

Leuu: An elastic hip fixation band that provides proactive protection for individuals at high risk of osteoporosis.

The core products have achieved multiple authoritative breakthroughs: The Chinese Trabecular Bone Score (CTBS) system is an achievement of the National Major Science and Technology Project on "Four Major Chronic Diseases"; the first domestically produced photon energy spectrum DXA has obtained NMPA certification and entered the innovation pathway.

The funds from this financing round will be allocated to three key areas:

Accelerating domestic substitution of core equipment. Innoray Healthcare will advance the R&D and industrialization of the photon energy spectrum bone densitometer, breaking the foreign monopoly on high-end bone density testing equipment, achieving self-sufficiency in core technologies, and creating a benchmark domestic high-end bone density testing product.

Advancing the registration and mass production of key products. Innoray Healthcare will accelerate the regulatory filing and large-scale production of bone metabolism five-item test kits, addressing the gap in China's domestic bone metabolism testing sector, and building a product matrix driven by the dual engines of "detection + testing."

Establishing standardized specialty clinics. Innoray Healthcare will accelerate the implementation of standardized bone metabolism diagnosis and treatment centers (BMC), delivering an integrated solution covering equipment, workflows, and operations, and improving the standardization level of bone metabolism disease screening, diagnosis, and management at primary and private hospitals.

As a key industrial investor in this round, Weigao Group, through the BioClub Fund, is providing Innoray Healthcare with comprehensive empowerment across industrial resources, clinical translation, channel expansion, and supply chain collaboration. Leveraging Weigao Group's leading position in the orthopedics field, it is helping Innoray rapidly navigate the entire chain of R&D, registration, mass production, clinical implementation, and market access, accelerating the launch and commercialization of innovative products.

Innoray Healthcare has partnered with 14 authoritative institutions, including Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, The Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, and the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, to participate in a National Major Science and Technology Project — the research on risk prediction and prevention of osteoporotic fractures in type 2 diabetes mellitus (2024ZD0532200), under the initiative "Prevention and Treatment of Cancer, Cardiovascular, Cerebrovascular, Respiratory, and Metabolic Diseases."

Innoray Healthcare is building a Chinese population bone phenotype database and a sarcopenia database, and has established a Chinese trabecular bone score standard. The company plans to collect data from 100,000 healthy individuals within five years to establish new diagnostic standards for bone metabolic diseases that are tailored to the characteristics of the Chinese population. Additionally, Innoray Healthcare has taken the lead in drafting Shanghai's first group standard, the "Osteoporosis Screening Management Specification," promoting the standardization and regulated development of bone metabolism diagnosis and treatment. The company has been recognized as a pilot unit for group standards and a construction unit for standardized bone metabolism diagnosis and treatment centers.
