Pursuant to the contract, the “Emergency Stroke Unit” under Tianhang Ruiyi serves as Beijing Tiantan HospitalESU-Related PatentsofExclusive AuthorizationCompleted R&D validation with exclusive products. This marks the official entry of Chinese smart solutions in the field of stroke emergency care intoNew Stage of Industrialization, will drive the ESU's“Golden 20-Minute Reperfusion”The results have been promoted across China, comprehensively enhancing the capacity and efficiency of acute stroke treatment in our country, and significantly reducing stroke-related disability and mortality rates.

Emergency Stroke Unit: Thoroughly Resolving the Critical Issue of Delays in Stroke Treatment

Stroke treatment is a race against time. Studies have shown that for every minute of delay in acute ischemic stroke1 Minute, patient1.9 Million Brain Cells Died; for each reduction of15-Minute DNT(Time from Admission to Thrombolysis), Improved Patient Survival Rate4%

According to“Haikou Declaration in the New Era of Reperfusion Therapy for Ischemic Stroke”The ambitious goal proposed—to make, by 2030,All Level II and AboveAll medical institutions capable of admitting patients with cerebrovascular diseases have implemented intravenous thrombolysis therapy, and for Chinese patients with ischemic strokeIntravenous ThrombolysisProportion increased to80%, with its core pathway lying in significantly reducing pre-hospital and in-hospital delays for reperfusion therapy through technological and model innovation. The emergency stroke unit is precisely the core innovative practice to achieve this goal.

In this context,The team of Academician Wang Yongjun, President of Beijing Tiantan HospitalProposed an integrated innovative diagnosis and treatment model——Emergency Stroke Unit (ESU)By leveraging deep collaboration between medicine and engineering, and applying Yisuru Medical’s independently developed series of cutting-edge hardware and software solutions, key procedures for acute stroke—including clinical assessment, imaging evaluation, and treatment, which are traditionally dispersed across various departments—are highly centralized into a single space. This enables one-stop diagnosis and treatment for acute stroke, minimizing in-hospital delays to seize the critical time window for stroke care.

The ESU system of Yisurui Medical mainly achieves integration throughSix Core Modules, Accelerating and enhancing efficiency across the entire process:

1. Chinese-Made Mobile MRI:No special shielding required; compatible with metal implants.1.5-Minute RapidDifferentiate stroke types;

2. AI Medical Imaging Analysis System:Ultra-high-definition image processing for rapid differentiation between ischemic and hemorrhagic types, with an accuracy rate of99.7%

3. Clinical Decision Support System:Real-time assessment of stroke severity and risk, with output of personalized diagnosis and treatment recommendations;

4. Point-of-Care Testing:Equipped with hematology analyzers capable of three-part differential or higher, and integrated point-of-care testing (POCT) systems for biochemistry and immunoassays, critical test results are delivered within 15 minutes to support rapid clinical decision-making;

5. Novel TNK Thrombolytic Agents:Can be1Within 0 secondsComplete intravenous thrombolysis administration to reduce treatment wait times;

6. Smart Medicine Cabinet:Directly connected to the hospital's HIS/ESU system,Real-time Prescription Integration,Achieve medication dispensing within seconds.

Through full-process closed-loop integration, the emergency stroke unit has reduced the DNT time from the traditional90 minutes compressed to within 20 minutes, while standardizing diagnosis and treatment processes, substantially increases the rate of reperfusion therapy, significantly improving patient prognosis. Currently, ESU Yisuru Yi has been deployed across various regions in China, including Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Tibet, and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.More than 30 hospitals put into operation, significantly reducing in-hospital delays and substantially decreasing inter-hospital variations in diagnosis and treatment.

Furthermore, this integrated emergency stroke care solution fills a domestic gap in China. It has been implemented in the Beijing Zhongguancun Comprehensive Bonded Zone and is deeply integrating into the global innovation network.

Strategic Alliance: Building an Innovation Closed Loop

In this collaboration,Beijing Tiantan HospitalAs the originator and practical leader of the “Emergency Stroke Unit” model, it will deliver clinicalStandards and Practices for Diagnosis and Treatmenttest, willESU-related patents under exclusive licenseAwarded to Yisuru Medical; Capital Huizhi Research Institute will leverage the outcomesThe Pivotal Role of Transformation; Beijing Yisuruiyi Technology Co., Ltd. asThe sole official technical platform service provider and exclusive operating entity for ESU-related patents.

Leveraging robust in-house R&D capabilities, we advance the development and optimization of relevant technologies, ensure compliant industrialization, and implement standardized operations. The three parties jointly establish a closed-loop system encompassing “clinical needs–technology R&D–implementation of outcomes,” providing a “collaborative solution” to overcome the “time bottleneck” in stroke care.

As a top-tier Grade 3A hospital and the National Clinical Research Center for Neurological Diseases, leading the development of clinical neuroscience, Beijing Tiantan Hospital is not only the originator of the “Emergency Stroke Unit” model but has also significantly reduced the door-to-needle time (DNT) for stroke emergency care to 20 minutes through excellent clinical practice, achieving an internationally leading standard.

As a key professional institution for medical achievement transformation incubated by Beijing, the Capital Huizhi Research Institute will serve as a powerful catalyst for the rapid implementation of the cooperation outcomes in this project by building a full-chain transformation service system and bridging the gap between scientific research and industry.

Yisuruiyi (a subsidiary of Beijing Tianhang Ruiyi Technology Co., Ltd.), as the official technical platform service provider and exclusive operator for ESU, has deeply cultivated the fields of medical device R&D, AI algorithm optimization, and medical imaging technology. Leveraging its profound technical expertise, it provides integrated services to emergency stroke units, ranging from customized equipment development and performance iteration to full-process technical support and operational assurance.

This successful signing will lay a solid foundation for achieving the goals of the “Haikou Declaration.” Taking this collaboration as a new starting point, the three parties will work together to promote the standardization, intelligent development, and widespread adoption of “Emergency Stroke Units,” enabling more stroke patients to seize the opportunity for survival in the “race against time,” and contributing Beijing’s strength to the implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy. With continuous innovation and practice in this field in China, the country is poised to lead the international direction of acute stroke care and jointly advance the progress of global health.
