The round was exclusively led by NRL Capital. The proceeds will be primarily used to advanceWorld's FirstGlobal Market Approval and Commercial Expansion of the Recombinant Botulinum Toxin Type A Liquid Formulation Pipeline.
Revelyx Bio, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States, in 2025, has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with a Chinese biotech firm for its independently developed pipeline of liquid formulations of recombinant botulinum toxin type A. The agreement grants Revelyx Bio exclusive licensing rights to the licensed products in overseas markets, excluding mainland China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Macao Special Administrative Region. The licensed product isinLate-Stage Clinical Developmentof recombinant botulinum toxin type A liquid formulation, which is currently undergoing Phase II clinical trials in Australia for the indication of glabellar lines.
