On March 7, at the "2026 Langchao·Dr. Yu Women's Health 'She-Economy' Conference," DingTalk and medical AI company Testing OneLife jointly released DingTalk A1 Doctor Edition.
This is the healthcare-specific version of DingTalk A1, DingTalk’s first AI hardware product, representing a significant implementation of AI hardware in clinical consultation and decision-making. The DingTalk A1 Doctor Edition is deeply integrated with Testing OneLife’s Doukou Gynecological Large Language Model, providing physicians with end-to-end AI assistance—from voice recording and information organization to medical knowledge retrieval and clinical decision support—thereby facilitating the adoption of AI-driven workflows among medical professionals.
Reduce Burden and Improve Efficiency for Physicians in Consultations and Ward Rounds
DingTalk A1 is the first AI hardware product launched by DingTalk in 2025. This “AI recording card,” with a thickness of only 3.8 mm, features a six-microphone array for far-field voice pickup, supports up to 45 hours of continuous recording, and offers functionalities such as AI speech-to-text transcription, automatic meeting minute generation, simultaneous interpretation, and an AI assistant. Within six months of its release, the product has rapidly gained widespread adoption among professionals in sales, consulting, law, and human resources, as well as across enterprises, becoming a representative example of AI hardware implementation across diverse industries.
Wang Qiangyu, Founder and CEO of Testing OneLife, stated that the DingTalk A1 Doctor Edition covers work scenarios such as outpatient consultations, surgical record organization, ward round summary archiving, preparation for MDT (Multidisciplinary Team) discussions, and clinical literature review. It assists physicians in documenting and processing communication information and related documentation, thereby reducing their administrative burden and enhancing efficiency, allowing them to devote more time to learning, diagnosis, and patient communication.
DingTalk is collaborating with Testing OneLife to develop and enhance the MedDing medical AI assistant, further improving the practicality of its A1 Doctor Edition. Leveraging the Doukou Medical Large Language Model, both parties will continuously strengthen the AI assistant’s ability to understand and analyze medical terminology and clinical guidelines, thereby boosting physicians’ efficiency in clinical decision-making.

Currently, the Doukou Medical Large Model has been deployed and applied in nearly 1,000 medical institutions across China, providing AI-powered literature analysis reports to numerous obstetricians and gynecologists and offering prompts for differential diagnosis directions. Jiang Yulin, Deputy Director of the Obstetrics Center at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, commented, "The output reports generated by the Doukou Large Model have approached the professional level of associate chief physicians at tertiary Grade A hospitals."
