The China Medical Equipment Conference and 2026 Medical Equipment Exhibition, hosted by the China Association of Medical Equipment, was grandly held in Chongqing. The exhibition showcased over ten thousand new products, technologies, applications, and methods in the field of medical equipment, comprehensively presenting the latest advancements in the industry.


Academician Cai Xiujun of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine, presented innovations and practices in surgical procedures in his keynote address at the conference. He stated that medical robots, particularly those manufactured in China, have achieved a high level of maturity in remote minimally invasive surgical technologies. AI-driven enterprises represented by DeepWise have played a significant supporting and leading role in areas such as precision diagnosis and treatment across the full disease continuum, the construction of multi-agent collaborative decision-making systems, and validation through real-world studies.

It also unveiled two new products: the Prostate MR AI-Assisted Diagnosis System and the Chest X-Ray Large Model Report Center. This product launch marks DeepWise’s thorough breakthrough from the limitations of single-stage empowerment, reshaping imaging diagnosis and specialty care models through systematic thinking. In his address at an academic conference, Qiao Xin, Co-founder and CEO of DeepWise, stated that the integration of medical imaging and AI has entered a critical phase. By leveraging a revolutionary “dual-bus” architecture for medical imaging and deconstructed data, it establishes a hospital-wide intelligent imaging hub, enabling integrated coordination across “medical imaging–lesion information–report quality control–intelligent generation–data management.” In his academic presentation, Professor Wu Xiaoping from Xi’an Central Hospital pointed out that AI-PACS allows physicians to focus solely on key decision-making, significantly enhancing diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

In clinical practice, the occult location of prostate lesions, the propensity for missing diagnoses in the transitional zone, and the difficulty in differentiating between benign and malignant conditions pose major challenges. Traditional imaging diagnosis relies heavily on physicians' experience, resulting in low detection rates for small lesions and potential deviations in staging assessment, which constitute core pain points in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Prostate magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, leveraging its multi-parametric imaging capabilities and high soft-tissue resolution, serves as the cornerstone imaging modality for the precise diagnosis and staging of prostate diseases, playing a critical role in the identification of early-stage lesions and the assessment of tumor aggressiveness.


DeepWise’s newly launched AI-assisted diagnostic system for prostate MR imaging precisely addresses key challenges in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate diseases. Leveraging multimodal image processing technology and proprietary core algorithms, the system supports intelligent recognition of multi-sequence images, automatic segmentation and zonal mapping of the prostate gland, as well as automated lesion detection and PI-RADS scoring.
