MSJ, leveraging cutting-edge AI model technologies, achieves intelligent and diverse editing of protein sequence fragments. By integrating large-scale synthetic biology fermentation and extraction processes, it has established an efficient and stable technical system for recombinant humanized collagen. Relying on this core technology platform, the company has systematically laid out a portfolio including Class II,Class III Medical Devicesproduct portfolio covering multiple clinical specialties, including plastic surgery, dermatology, general surgery, burn care, orthopedics, and gynecology, providing innovative solutions for tissue repair and regenerative medicine.
Project Overview:
Nuan has established a comprehensive drug R&D system based on its independently developed BioLattix biotechnology platform, strategically focusing on a pipeline of over 10 ADC and RDC candidates. By pursuing parallel development of ADCs and RDCs, the company aims to achieve integrated diagnosis and therapy. Its core product, T320-ADC, is a Class 1 innovative new drug targeting various solid tumors, including cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. It has received Investigational New Drug (IND) approval for clinical trials in China, the United States, and Australia, and is currently in Phase I clinical trials, where positive results—specifically Stable Disease (SD)—have been observed in patients with cervical cancer. Nuan has collaborated with multiple domestic hospitals and institutions, including the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (National Cancer Center), to conduct clinical trials of T320. These efforts will accelerate the global translation and application of China’s innovative drugs, bringing new hope to cancer patients worldwide.

Shenzhen Aoli Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established in October 2022. Its core technologies and founding team originate from Professor Abdul Basit’s research group at University College London, bringing over 30 years of expertise in gastrointestinal physiology. Leveraging the Macoral macromolecular drug delivery platform and the Novotide peptide novel drug discovery platform, the company is dedicated to the development and industrialization of oral macromolecular drugs, filling technological gaps in China’s high-end formulation sector. Currently, two drug candidates are undergoing Phase I clinical trials, one is poised to initiate Phase I trials, and three additional innovative drugs are in preclinical studies. The product portfolio primarily focuses on metabolic and autoimmune diseases, addressing the limitations of injectable-only macromolecular therapies—such as inconvenience and low patient compliance—by providing oral alternatives that facilitate long-term treatment.

World's FirstTreatment of Congenital NystagmusBreakthrough Innovation: The i-NYS Implantable Ocular Muscle and Nerve Stimulator. Congenital nystagmus has long been regarded as an "incurable disease" in ophthalmology, severely impairing patients' visual function and quality of life, with a longstanding lack of targeted and effective treatments. Addressing this critical medical need, our startup has launched the world’s first and only Class III active implantable medical device for the treatment of congenital nystagmus—the Implantable Ocular Muscle and Nerve Stimulator. Having obtained regulatory approval, this device offers new therapeutic hope to a broad patient population.
