To promote technological innovation and clinical translation in oncology treatment, leveraging the policy advantages of the Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone for “pilot implementation,” we are establishing a high-end platform integrating five key dimensions: academic leadership, research translation, industrial application, clinical practice, and patient benefit. 3. Invoice Application

After paying the conference registration fee, please click on "My" > "Orders" > "Order Details" in the conference program and submit a request from the bottom right corner. The electronic invoice for the registration fee will be sent to the email address provided after the conference. It takes 10 working days to issue the invoice after the request is submitted.

4. Cancellation of Registration and Refunds

Applications submitted more than 3 days (exclusive) prior to the conference start date are eligible for a 95% refund (with a 5% deduction for material review and administrative processing fees);

No refund requests will be accepted starting from three days (inclusive) prior to the conference, as resources have entered the final allocation phase;

Registered representatives who have completed payment and wish to cancel their attendance must contact Mr./Ms. Qi, the registration coordinator, on or before May 19, 2026. Upon approval, the Organizing Committee will refund the paid amount, less any applicable processing fees, to the original payment account within 1–3 business days.
