HH160 simultaneously targets three clinically validated tumor immunity and anti-angiogenesis targets: PD-1, CTLA-4, and VEGF-A. The synergistic “three-in-one” mechanism of this drug is expected to enhance efficacy, achieve tumor-specific drug distribution, and reduce treatment-related side effects. The positive preclinical results of HH160 were presented at the 2025 American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting held in Chicago, USA.
