Shanghai Association for International Development of Biopharmaceutical Enterprises Officially Launched with Over 50 Member Companies

On June 6, the Shanghai Association for the International Development of Biopharmaceutical Enterprises (in preparation), initiated by the Shanghai Biomedical Science and Technology Industry Promotion Center and Sino Biopharm, was officially unveiled. This is the first professional social organization in China focused on the international development of the biopharmaceutical sector, providing full-chain support for pharmaceutical companies to “go global” with high-quality development.

Currently, the association has enrolled over 50 member units, covering the entire biopharmaceutical industry chain, includingHengrui Pharma, Innovent Bio, CSPC,BeOne Medicines、Fosun Pharmaceuticalincluding a host of leading industry enterprises, as well asAsieris, IASO Bio,Medicilon, Zai Lab, and the Drug Information Association (DIA), among other enterprises and institutions, covering various fields such as R&D, clinical trials, registration, commercialization, and professional services. This will form a comprehensive coverage pattern with Shanghai as the core and radiating across China, providing full-chain empowerment to members from drug R&D to commercial implementation.
