December 18 News: Shanghai Cell has completed a Series C financing round of RMB 925 million. This round was co-led by CPIC Life Insurance, Haier Capital, and Industrial Guoxin Asset Management, with participation from Anting Industrial, Legend Capital, and others.

It is reported that Shanghai Cell is a domestic enterprise in the immune cell industry, which has established a closed-loop industrial chain encompassing "new drug technology R&D, clinical cancer treatment, and cell preservation services." To date, Shanghai Cell has filed 117 patents related to cell therapy, including 25 PCT patents, with 21 patents granted (including two U.S. patents).
