Yudao Bio Secures Pre-A Financing from Fosun Pharma to Advance Drug R&D Informatics and AI Platforms

January 14 News: NUTSHELL announced that it has completed its Pre-A financing round, invested by Fosun Pharmaceutical. NUTSHELL’s main product lines include the ACISS series (informatics solutions for drug development) and the AILLO series (intelligent solutions for drug development).

It is reported that NUTSHELL was established in 2009 and officially incorporated in 2013. Headquartered in Shanghai, it is a Chinese company specializing in the development of informatization and intelligent solutions for drug R&D. One of NUTSHELL’s flagship products is the ACISS New Drug R&D Data Management Platform. This system enables informatized management of chemical and biological data across the entire new drug development process and replaces traditional paper laboratory notebooks with electronic lab notebooks (ELNs), helping pharmaceutical R&D enterprises reduce costs and improve efficiency.
