New Target Drug Developer

Equity Investment Institution
Myeloid Cure Biotechnology, a company focused on the discovery and development of first-in-class macrophage-targeting innovative drugs, has announced the completion of over 150 million RMB in Series A financing. The round was led by Bayland Capital, with participation from Hongfeng Venture, Ruihua Capital, a leading industry investment institution, and a renowned industry fund. BioArk Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor.

Since its founding in 2020, Myeloid Cure Biotechnology's existing shareholders also include Ming Bioventures, Co-win Ventures, and Redhill Capital.
The newly raised funds will be primarily used for three purposes: supporting the IND filing and Phase I clinical study of its lead candidate, MS003; advancing the preclinical efficacy studies and IND preparation for its second candidate, MS032; and facilitating early-stage research for other pipeline programs as well as team expansion.
It is worth noting that on November 11, 2025, at the inaugural MSD R&D China Science Day, Myeloid Cure Biotechnology signed a letter of intent with MSD to explore co-development opportunities for Myeloid Cure's innovative pipeline, underscoring the commercial potential of Myeloid Cure's proprietary programs.
Myeloid Cure Biotechnology is committed to ground-up innovation and has independently built the Myeloid Phagocytosis Engager (MPE) bispecific antibody platform. Focusing on autoimmune diseases and malignancies, the company has established a differentiated pipeline of first-in-class and me-only assets with global rights, dedicated to developing original therapies with global competitiveness.
Among these, MS032 is the first candidate developed from Myeloid Cure's MPE bispecific antibody platform. The MPE platform possesses unique technical advantages, efficiently eliminating target cells—including primary B cells and various tumor cells—through a dual mechanism that simultaneously enhances Fcγ receptor (FcγR)-mediated antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP) and ADCP-independent phagocytosis.
With its deeper target cell elimination capability, MS032 has the potential to set a new benchmark in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and malignancies, offering patients clinically differentiated therapeutic options.
At a time when valuation in the biopharmaceutical industry is returning to rationality, Myeloid Cure Biotechnology has secured dual validation from top-tier funds and a multinational pharmaceutical company through its solid foundational science, demonstrating its strength in the cutting-edge field of macrophage-based immunotherapy. With the completion of this financing round, Myeloid Cure Biotechnology will continue to advance its pipeline toward clinical translation, striving to transform scientific breakthroughs originating from China into innovative therapies that benefit patients worldwide.
