It is understood that on May 17, 2019, Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. and HangZhou Mocular Medical Technology Inc., along with Cheng Deji, signed the "Share Transfer Agreement among Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd., Cheng Deji, and HangZhou Mocular Medical Technology Inc." in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. intends to acquire part of the equity interest in Mocular Medical held by Cheng Deji through after-hours agreement-based share transfer.
