Teva and YouRui Announce the Launch of Bendamustine Hydrochloride (Cunda®) in China

Shanghai, May 29, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Teva Pharmaceutical Information Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the Chinese branch of Israel-based Teva, a global leader in generic and specialty medicines) and Yourui Pharmaceutical Technology (a China-headquartered company specializing in novel and specialty drugs) jointly announced on May 26, 2019, the launch of Bendamustine Hydrochloride for Injection in China.^®(Bendamustine Hydrochloride for Injection) Product.

Cunda^®Indicated for the treatment of indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) that has progressed during or following treatment with rituximab or a rituximab-containing regimen. Teva successfully conducted clinical trials in China, and the product was approved in China in May 2016.^®Positive results were obtained in the Phase 3 study. Bendamustine^®Approved for marketing by the China National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) on December 17, 2018.
