OYMotion Technologies completes ￥150M Series C1 financing, led by CICC Capital's Brain Science Fund

OYMotion Technologies today announced the completion of its Series C1 financing round. The round was led by the Shenzhen Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence Industry Investment Fund (hereinafter referred to as "CICC Brain Science Fund"), a fund under CICC Capital, with continued participation from several existing shareholders. 

It is understood that OYMotion Technologies previously secured investments in 2023 and 2025 from the de facto controller of Sanbo Brain Group and Tianjin Heying Capital. Currently, it is the only brain-computer interface (BCI) company in China to have received investments from two specialized brain science-themed investment funds. With this latest round, OYMotion Technologies' shareholder lineup has been further strengthened, forming a dual strategic empowerment structure consisting of "specialized brain science funds + listed medical industry players."

OYMotion Technologies is the earliest technology company in China to achieve large-scale commercial application of brain-computer interface (BCI) technology. OYMotion Technologies focuses on non-invasive neural signal sensing and AI-powered signal interpretation, having independently developed core products such as electromyography (EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG) sensors, intelligent bionic hands, neural rehabilitation exoskeletons, and embodied intelligent dexterous hands.
