TriArm Therapeutics Announces Completion of $20 Million in Series A Tranche 1 FinancingRecently, TriArm Therapeutics announced the completion of its Series A Tranche 1 financing, raising $20 million. The round was led by Panacea Venture, with participation from international investors including Virtus Inspire Ventures, Efung Capital, and Lombard Odier Co-Investment.
According to public information, TriArm was established in 2018 and focuses on the clinical translation of innovative cell immunotherapy products, committed to providing next-generation cell therapy products for cancer patients. Currently, TriArm has built a cell therapy research and development base in Shanghai and has initiated collaborative R&D models with innovative cell research teams and medical institutions in the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and America.
Regarding this financing round, Dr. Zhang Jie, Co-founder and CEO of the company, stated that the funds will be primarily used to accelerate the clinical translation of the company’s current multiple product pipelines, as well as the research and development and technological integration of subsequent innovative pipelines. Additionally, the funds will be utilized to strengthen the construction of the company’s R&D facilities and its capabilities in clinical trial applications.
