China Finance Online, September 27 – On September 26, the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) announced that certain batches of Johnson & Johnson’s Acuvue daily disposable contact lenses may contain particulate matter, posing a risk of eye injury. Johnson & Johnson is recalling the affected products. Particulates may be present in the affected contact lenses or their soaking solution, potentially causing eye redness, discomfort, or corneal abrasions.
