Gelonghui, September 30 | C-MER Medical (03309.HK) announced that the Company had published announcements on March 26, 2019, April 30, 2019, and June 28, 2019, regarding the acquisition of 100% equity interest in Shanghai Lushide Medical Instrument Technology Co., Ltd.

The announcement stated that, pursuant to the acquisition agreement, closing shall take place within five business days after all conditions precedent under the acquisition agreement have been satisfied and C-MER China has received from the seller a confirmation of satisfaction of such conditions.

On June 28, 2019, the parties to the Acquisition Agreement entered into a supplemental agreement to extend the long-stop date for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent from June 30, 2019 to September 30, 2019.
