It is understood that YuanNeng Medicine, established in 2015, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of YuanNeng Cell Group.Focus on innovative businesses in tumor immunotherapy.Since its inception, Oricell Therapeutics has addressed the unmet clinical needs in cellular immunotherapy for solid tumors in China and globally. Focusing on the development and application of innovative cell therapies and cell-based drugs for oncology, the company has comprehensively established technical platforms based on large-capacity, diverse 10-phage display libraries for antibody discovery, humanized antibody technology, and affinity maturation. This has yielded a series of independently developed, high-performance monoclonal and bispecific antibody product lines for solid tumor immunotherapy. Notably, for the OriBs-1 bispecific antibody, a stable cell line with an antibody expression level exceeding 6 g/L has been established, along with an RCB cell bank meeting stability requirements. Preclinical studies have confirmed its favorable efficacy, safety, and druggability. The project has received support from the Ministry of Science and Technology’s “973 Program” and Shanghai’s Major New Drug Development Project, and is currently accelerating the translation of these achievements into clinical applications.

At present, Yuaneng Medicine’s 1,300-square-meter GMP-compliant cell preparation center in the core area of Zhangjiang, Shanghai, has been put into operation. It features a standardized clinical-grade cell product manufacturing system and a comprehensive quality control management system. Leveraging this high-standard cell preparation and quality testing center, along with a cell therapy clinical research platform co-established with multiple Grade A tertiary hospitals, Yuaneng Medicine’s other oncology immunotherapy products under development will sequentially enter clinical trials.
