Vincent Medical Subsidiaries Enter into Supplemental Agreement with Bayer to Extend Supply Arrangement

Gelonghui, December 20 | Yongsheng Medical (01612.HK) announced that, as the Bayer Supply Agreement was set to expire on December 31, 2019, the suppliers (the Company’s subsidiaries VMHK and VMDG) and Bayer-affiliated companies have entered into a supplemental agreement dated December 20, 2019, to renew the Bayer Supply Agreement. Under this agreement, the suppliers have agreed to continue manufacturing and supplying certain components, accessories, and related services to Bayer-affiliated companies for an extended term until July 31, 2022.
