In January 2020, Huaxia Yingtai (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully completed a Series A financing round of RMB 45 million, with the capital increase in this round led byShanghai Jianxin CapitalLead investor, with joint investment from Grower Venture Capital and Zhejiang Huacheng Group. Previously, Huaxia Yingtai (Beijing) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. also secured tens of millions of yuan in early-stage funding from Hetang Venture Capital and Qifu Lingchuang.

Huaxia Yingtai, established in March 2018, specializes in the development and commercialization of cell immunotherapy products for various diseases, with a focus on TCR-T therapies. The company possesses two proprietary technology platforms: STAR-T and TCR-T. The STAR-T platform utilizes an innovative antigen receptor complex structure with independent intellectual property rights. Compared to traditional CAR-T products for treating hematologic malignancies, it offers significant advantages, including superior efficacy, reduced side effects, and ease of developing multi-target variants. This platform effectively extends T-cell survival in vivo, reduces T-cell exhaustion, and prevents target escape and tumor recurrence. The TCR-T platform focuses on the treatment of solid tumors and has established comprehensive capabilities, including an antigen epitope prediction platform, a multi-HLA tetramer preparation platform, and a high-throughput T-cell receptor (TCR) clone screening and identification platform. The TCR-T candidates developed have demonstrated favorable therapeutic outcomes in clinical settings. Leveraging these two core technology platforms alongside mature industrialization platforms for process development and quality control, the company boasts a rich product pipeline with rapid development progress. In collaboration with multiple hospitals, Huaxia Yingtai has initiated seven filed "First-in-human" clinical studies, achieving positive data on clinical safety and efficacy. Several projects are currently preparing for Investigational New Drug (IND) applications.

Professor Lin Xin, founder of Huaxia Yingtai, is a renowned immunologist who has dedicated over two decades to in-depth research on T cell activation. Within two years of its establishment, Huaxia Yingtai has built a product development team of over 40 members, attracting several professionals with extensive experience in drug development. The core technical personnel are all PhDs in immunology or medicine from renowned universities. The company has secured nearly RMB 100 million in equity financing and government project funding, filed six invention patents for new technologies, and been recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise in Zhongguancun, a Seedling Enterprise in Haidian District, Beijing, and a Technology-Based Small and Micro Enterprise in the Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone.Golden Seedhonorary titles such as “Enterprise,” received strong support from relevant authorities including the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and engaged in in-depth collaboration with the Tumor Immunology Research Laboratory of Tsinghua University.
