The collaboration between the two parties will focus on the research, clinical development, and commercialization of multiple bispecific antibody and cell therapy products, which will be directly used for the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.

Under the terms of the collaboration, Innovent Bio will make certain upfront payments, development and commercial milestone payments, and product sales royalties to Roche for the use of Roche’s technology in developing 2:1 bispecific T-cell engager antibodies and a universal CAR-T platform. Innovent Bio will be responsible for the research and development, manufacturing, and commercialization of these products.
