Weimai and Renshu Healthcare Forge Strategic Partnership to Launch 'Shared Expert Doctor Studio'

On the morning of June 20, Weimai and TreeENT Health signed a strategic partnership agreement in Hangzhou and established the “Shared Renowned Physicians Studio.” Both parties stated that they would uphold the principles of openness, integration, and sharing, fully leverage their respective unique advantages in their fields, and facilitate the mobility of “renowned physicians” between the Weimai platform and TreeENT Health, thereby jointly providing patients with higher-quality, more convenient, precise, and diversified services.

Qiu Jialin, Founder of Weimai; Xu Jinghuan, CEO of TreeENT Health; and renowned physician representatives from both parties attended the signing ceremony. Witnessed by numerous industry peers, including Mr. Xu Dongmin, former Deputy Inspector of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission; Ms. Wan Lingling, Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Health Industry Federation; Mr. Luo Huawei, former Vice President of the Zhejiang Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; and Ms. Feng Yingying, General Manager of Quan Cheng Medical, the "Shared Renowned Physicians Studio," gathering an elite group of experts, was officially launched.

Reportedly, Weimai is a leading city-level localized healthcare service platform in China, boasting tens of millions of precise user traffic and a comprehensive operational support system. TreeENT Health, meanwhile, is the first medical institution in China to have both its outpatient department and ambulatory surgery center accredited to international standards (DNV GL), possessing robust physician resources and internationally advanced medical service equipment.

The “Shared Renowned Physician Studio,” built by leveraging the combined strengths of both parties, not only provides online services such as text-and-image consultations, phone consultations, precise appointment scheduling, specialized disease management, and private physician services to patients via the Weimai APP, but also collaborates with TreeENT Health clinics to offer offline services including renowned physician outpatient care, day surgery, health screening, and cyclical health management, thereby creating a complete closed-loop healthcare experience for the public both within and outside hospitals.

At the signing ceremony, Qiu Jialin introduced that the strong alliance between Weimai’s online “Accessible Care” and TreeENT Health’s offline “Quality Care” aligns perfectly with TreeENT Health’s value proposition of safety, efficiency, and compassion, as well as Weimai’s mission to “make healthcare services more accessible.” In future collaborations, Weimai’s online medical services will operate in parallel with TreeENT’s offline medical institutions. Starting from Hangzhou, the partnership aims to build a new healthcare experience for patients across more cities in China, transitioning “from single visits to cyclical care, and from random access to personalized services.”

Leveraging Weimai’s internet healthcare ecosystem and TreeENT Health’s roster of renowned specialists, the “Shared Renowned Specialist Studio” will focus on specialized disciplines—including ophthalmology, otolaryngology, colorectal surgery, orthopedics, urology, and gynecology. By integrating online and offline services, it will develop innovative offerings such as “Renowned Specialist Appointment Booking,” “Surgical Plan Evaluation,” and “Surgeries Performed by Renowned Specialists,” thereby enhancing therapeutic outcomes for specific conditions and enabling more patients to access high-quality care from leading experts.

Dr. Cui Junhui, Director and Academic Leader of the Anorectal Center at Zhejiang Provincial Tongde Hospital, delivered a speech as a representative of Weimai’s renowned physicians. He stated that although online internet-based services have brought tremendous convenience, face-to-face offline medical care still possesses irreplaceable advantages and remains in demand. “Joining the Shared Renowned Physician Studio created by Weimai and TreeENT Health is a highly meaningful practice that integrates online and offline internet healthcare.”

It is understood that, in addition to the aforementioned co-designed innovative services, Weimai will further explore “Internet + Healthcare” service offerings with TreeENT Health. This collaboration will assist physicians in producing content—such as articles, live streams, and Douyin short videos—focused on specialized health education and science communication, thereby delivering a one-stop service encompassing “course production–channel distribution–business integration.”

Notably, renowned physicians joining the Weimai platform will also receive exclusive promotional resources from Weimai, gaining rapid exposure through targeted traffic to expand their personal brand influence. This enables them to monetize their expertise while simultaneously driving patient referrals to offline clinical services.
