This project is engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of rapid diagnostic instruments and reagents. It plans to establish regional headquarters and R&D center functions, further expanding and strengthening Danaher’s diagnostic platform capabilities in manufacturing, research and development, and customer support. Upon reaching full production capacity, it will have an annual output of 4 million boxes of rapid diagnostic reagents and 2,500 diagnostic instruments.
It is reported that construction of the Phase I plant, covering an area of 37,000 square meters, will commence by the end of this year.

Cepheid Rapid Molecular Diagnostics ProjectCepheid, founded in 1996, is a leading molecular diagnostics company dedicated to the development, manufacturing, and sales of precise and user-friendly molecular diagnostic systems and assays for automated microbial genetic testing and genetic disease testing. Its products are professionally applied in the fields of infectious disease and cancer prevention and control. In 2016, Cepheid was acquired by the Danaher Diagnostics Platform. Cepheid has confirmed the establishment of a new manufacturing facility in the industrial park, with a registered capital of USD 10 million. Initially, it will lease premises in the Bio-Industrial Park, and in the future, it will be integrated into the Danaher Diagnostics Platform Base project. There are also plans to establish a China R&D center. The company’s revenue is projected to reach approximately USD 130 million in 2025, with around 150 employees; by 2028, revenue is expected to reach approximately USD 240 million, with around 330 employees.Leica Microsystems ProjectLeica Microsystems is a specialized manufacturer in the field of global microscopy and analytical science instrumentation, primarily engaged in the research, development, and production of professional scientific instruments such as research-grade microscopes for microstructural and nanostructural analysis. In 2005, Leica Microsystems was acquired by the U.S.-based Danaher Corporation.In May 2019, Leica Microsystems established the China SMART Innovation Center (in the form of a branch company) within the park. In June 2020, it was converted into an independent legal entity with a registered capital of USD 6 million, and there are plans for additional investment in the future.This project focuses on the life sciences and industrial application sectors, developing cutting-edge products for the Chinese and global markets while accumulating related patents. The project adopts an OEM partnership model for production.
