Shanghai, July 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- The countdown to the third China International Import Expo (CIIE) has begun, with preparations in full swing across all sectors. As a "veteran participant" of the CIIE, Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, is participating in the expo for the third time and has been elected as a council member of the Exhibitor Alliance. Johnson & Johnson will showcase a range of innovative products and technologies making their debut in China and even globally at its CIIE booth. Participating in the China International Import Expo (CIIE) for the third time, Johnson & Johnson has expanded its booth space from 500 square meters last year to 800 square meters this year, making it one of the largest exhibitors in the medical device exhibition area. The company will comprehensively and multi-dimensionally showcase a range of innovative products brought by its subsidiaries, as well as its popular star products.

In the medical device sector, Johnson & Johnson will unveil multiple products making their “global debuts” and “China debuts” across orthopedics, surgery, and electrophysiology, including the Harmonic HD1000i ultrasonic scalpel, 3D-printed minimally invasive orthopedic guides, ETHICON VICRYL* Plus antibacterial sutures, and the PulseRider aneurysm neck reconstruction device for bifurcation aneurysms, further demonstrating its leadership in driving healthcare innovation and its steadfast commitment to serving patients in China.

 

Johnson & Johnson’s eye health business, Johnson & Johnson Vision, will debut a range of cutting-edge technologies and innovative products for the first time at the China International Import Expo. This year, Neutrogena will globally debut its new retinol series, specially customized for Chinese consumers, at the CIIE.
