This round of financing was led bySinowisdom, Haiyue Asset Management and Existing ShareholdersKaitai Capital, jointly completed by Hangzhou Bairui. It is understood that the funds raised will be used to promote the clinical trial applications for three Class 1 innovative drugs of the company, as well as the research and development and preclinical studies of subsequent pipeline candidates.

Doer Biologics, headquartered in the Hangzhou Qiantang New Area, specializes in the development of innovative multi-specific protein therapeutics based on multi-domain architectures. Currently, Doer Biologics has more than 10 innovative protein drug candidates in its pipeline, with research focused on three major therapeutic areas: CVMD (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, and NASH), oncology, and ophthalmology. Among these, three first-in-class innovative drugs are approaching clinical trial application submission. DR10624 is a global first-in-class long-acting triple agonist, demonstrating excellent efficacy in lowering blood glucose and lipids, reducing body weight, and protecting liver function. Its clinical indications include diabetes, obesity, and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). DR10627 is a potential best-in-class dual agonist, showing favorable activities in lowering blood glucose and lipids as well as improving liver function, with clinical indications for diabetes and NASH. DR30303 is the world’s first monospecific therapeutic antibody targeting Claudin 18.2 developed based on nanobody (VHH) technology, exhibiting potent anti-tumor activity. Its clinical indications include gastric cancer and pancreatic cancer.
