SHANGHAI, Nov. 8, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- On the afternoon of November 7, 2020, Danaher's Diagnostics Platform signed an agreement with Shaanxi Lifegen Co., Ltd. to establish a strategic partnership. The two parties will jointly build a research and development center in Fengdong New City, Xixian New Area, engage in in-depth cooperation in the research and development and translational application of new technologies in medical testing, and support the Xi'an Regional Medical Testing CenterConstruction of AdvancedImmunodetection Assembly Line: Developing Digital Intelligent Solutions.

Danaher Diagnostics Platform and Lifegen Become Strategic Partners

Peng Yang, President of Danaher Greater China and President of the Diagnostics Platform, and Dr. Li Li, Director and President of Shaanxi Lifegen Health Industry Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing was witnessed by Professor Hao Xiaoke, Vice President of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Executive Vice Chairman of the Laboratory Medicine Alliance under the Artificial Intelligence Alliance of the China Association of Medical Equipment, and Chairman of the Laboratory Medicine Branch of the Shaanxi Medical Association; Dr. Zeng Xianfei, General Manager of the Laboratory and Quality Director at the Xi’an Regional Medical Laboratory Center; Jiang Zhiming, Global Vice President of Beckman Coulter (a Danaher company) and General Manager of China; Wei Chunyan, Vice President of Government Affairs for Danaher China; and Guo Jiawei, Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for the Danaher China Diagnostics Platform.
