China Isotope & Radiation Corporation and GE Healthcare Establish Strategic Partnership to Jointly Advance Clinical Trials of Novel Radiotracer Injections in China

This novel radiotracer, an injectable diagnostic agent developed by GE Healthcare, has received FDA approval for marketing in the United States. It is a radioactive diagnostic pharmaceutical used for nuclear medicine imaging.

Due to the half-life of the radionuclide labeled in this injection, there are significant challenges and stringent requirements regarding the timeliness of product transportation and supply. As the importer and domestic transportation coordinator for GE Healthcare’s injection, the Medical Application Department of China Isotope & Radiation Corporation’s Beijing Branch ensures the product’s smooth and timely delivery.

Currently, the channel testing and optimization for this injection have been successfully completed in certain regions of China, while other related preparatory work is proceeding gradually.
