Gelonghui, November 12 |NERCIS(300678.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chengdu NERCIS Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chengdu NERCIS”), has recently obtained the Medical Device Operation License and the Filing Certificate for Class II Medical Device Operation issued by the Chengdu Administration for Market Regulation.

Upon obtaining the Medical Device Operation Permit and the Filing Certificate for Class II Medical Device Operations, Chengdu Zhongke may lawfully conduct related business activities, which will facilitate the company’s further development in relevant business sectors and support the smooth implementation of its smart healthcare initiatives. However, during subsequent actual operations, Chengdu Zhongke may face certain risks and uncertainties in carrying out these businesses due to external environmental factors and market changes.
