Wise Medical Announces RMB 500 Million Investment to Build Headquarters R&D Park, Deepening Commitment to Rehabilitation Medical Devices

On the evening of December 15, NanjingVISHEE MedicalNanjing Vishee Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “VISHEE,” stock code: 688580) announced that the Company intends to enter into an “Investment Project Agreement” with the Administrative Committee of China (Nanjing) Software Valley, planning to establish the VISHEE Headquarters R&D Economic Park project in the South Park of China (Nanjing) Software Valley. The total planned investment for the project amounts to RMB 500 million.

It is reported that the project site is located in the South Park of China (Nanjing) Software Valley, designated for scientific research purposes, covering an area of approximately 36 mu, with a land use right grant term of 50 years.

VISHEE stated that this investment aligns with national policies and the company’s strategic development needs, helping to enhance its core competitiveness and promote long-term sustainable growth. The funding for this investment will come from the company’s own or self-raised funds, and it will not affect the normal operations of its existing principal business.

VISHEE’s third-quarter report shows that the company achieved a total operating revenue of RMB 260 million in the first three quarters of 2020, a year-on-year increase of 13.2%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was RMB 85.61 million, a year-on-year increase of 22.5%; basic earnings per share were RMB 1.55. During the reporting period, the company’s gross profit margin was 74.3%, an increase of 0.9 percentage points year on year, and the net profit margin was 33.4%, an increase of 2.7 percentage points year on year.
