Frontier Pharma and Baystone Group Complete Acquisition of Zdravlje A.D. to Build Leading Global Pharmaceutical Platform

LONDON and BELGRADE, Serbia, April 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Frontier PharmaBaystone Group and Teva today announced the completion of the acquisition of a subsidiary under Teva PharmaceuticalsZdravlje A.Dacquisition. Zdravlje currently supplies high-quality pharmaceutical products to more than 35 international markets, including those in Western and Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America.
