“The 5th Future Healthcare Top 100 Conference,” hosted by VCBeat and co-hosted by the People's Government of Wujiang District, Suzhou City, and the Guangdong Zhong Nanshan Medical Foundation, with support from Suzhou Wujiang Oriental State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Co., Ltd., kicked off in Wujiang, Suzhou, under the theme “The Calculation of Life.” On the evening of April 16, VCBeat released the “2020–2021 Future Healthcare Top 100 Series Rankings,” which includes the main list along with four sub-lists such as the Top 100 China Digital Healthcare List.

Shenzhen Raysightmed Co., Ltd. was established in late 2017 by three senior experts with extensive experience in the United States, who lead a highly specialized technical team focused on the research and development of AI-based medical imaging and its clinical applications in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular scenarios. Over the past three years, leveraging deep expertise in AI deep learning algorithms, scientific computing algorithms, and cloud computing, the company has incubated a series of diagnostic and therapeutic products for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions, including “Raysight FFR (RuixinFFR).” These innovations have garnered significant optimism and high expectations from experts and medical institutions in the field.

Over the past two years, intelligent healthcare has emerged as a hot sector in the eyes of investors. Given the large patient population suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in China, CT-FFR technology, regarded as the most advanced standard for interventional diagnosis of coronary heart disease, has become an attractive blue-ocean market. However, Zheng Lingxiao, CEO of RaysightMed, is more concerned with how to maintain a dominant position at the upstream end of the value chain, recognizing that blue oceans can quickly turn red. “Consolidating our core foundation” has been a shared understanding between him and his team since the company’s inception. Ma Jun, CTO of RaysightMed, has repeatedly emphasized that only by continuously strengthening technological barriers can the company emerge as the winner in this competitive landscape. It is precisely this technological moat that has enabled Raysight’s fractional flow reserve (FFR) solution to demonstrate significant advantages over homogeneous competitors.

The RaysightMed team has developed the Raysight Fraction by advancing CT-FFR technology. This solution is precise, non-invasive, safe, and efficient, maintaining high accuracy even in special cases involving calcification and gray-zone lesions, while also enabling preoperative planning for interventional bypass and stent procedures. Whether referring to the "prospective large-scale clinical trial with 330 cases" or the "92% accuracy rate," such high-performance benchmarks have remained unbroken by other similar products in the industry. This has positioned the Raysight Fraction, the industry's first coronary blood supply assessment platform integrating 'morphology' and 'functionality,' at the pinnacle of the field. Currently, the Raysight Fraction has been implemented in over 200 Grade A tertiary hospitals in China. As domestic cardiovascular experts actively discuss CT-FFR technology at major summits and academic exchanges, they consistently cite the Raysight Fraction as a benchmark case and express their anticipation for further innovations from RaysightMed. Zheng Lingxiao stated that RaysightMed has always aimed to play the role of a steady disruptor, striving not only to "help doctors see" but also to "see on behalf of doctors," ultimately achieving the vision of "seeing the unseen."

The Raysight Score is merely the first step taken by RaysightMed. Moving forward, a series of pipeline products are set to be launched, achieving comprehensive coverage from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular to peripheral vascular systems. This will complete the closed-loop empowerment of diagnosis and treatment—spanning early screening, precise detection, preoperative planning, intraoperative guidance, and postoperative management—thereby fulfilling RaysightMed’s mission: to ensure that every blood vessel receives the earliest diagnosis and the most precise treatment.

April 16, 2021, was a special day for RaysightMed, as the company achieved a double milestone: it was listed on the “Top 100 Future Healthcare Companies · Digital Healthcare List” and simultaneously received approval for a Class III medical device certification from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). This marks the beginning of a new journey for RaysightMed. While this recognition is an affirmation, it also presents challenges. Zheng Lingxiao, representing the entire team, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the organizer, VCBeat, as well as to the experts and physicians who have consistently supported and witnessed RaysightMed’s growth. He declared, “RaysightMed has arrived. In the future, we will deliver more high-quality products and superior services!”
