In June 2026, X-Magtech announced the completion of a Series B financing round totaling several hundred million RMB. This financing round brings together high-quality capital from key Beijing municipal industry funds and national-level hard technology investment platforms, forming a synergistic ecosystem of "quantum industry funds, medical and health funds, state-owned capital, and market-driven hard technology institutions." This represents not only the capital market's recognition of X-Magtech's technological roadmap, engineering capabilities, and commercialization progress, but will also provide systematic support for the company's development of core components, scaling of mass production, expansion across hospital networks throughout China, and global market access.
X-Magtech's core technological pathway for its atomic magnetometer is based on leveraging changes in the quantum state of electron spins in neutral atoms to achieve ultra-sensitive detection of external magnetic fields. Compared with conventional superconducting routes, this technology operates at room temperature without the need for liquid helium, eliminating the requirement for expensive liquid helium supply and complex cryogenic systems. This significantly lowers the barriers to deployment and maintenance for hospitals, while also offering multi-channel, high-density array scalability.
At present, X-Magtech's commercially available atomic magnetometer has consistently achieved a detection sensitivity on the order of 10 femtotesla (fT). The company has established fully independent, end-to-end capabilities covering core sensors, magnetic shielding, signal acquisition, intelligent algorithms, and complete system integration. Horizontally, X-Magtech has expanded its product portfolio to include magnetocardiography (MCG), magnetoencephalography (MEG), combined MCG/MEG systems, and magnetogastrography (MGG), thereby building a biomagnetic field measurement platform applicable to multiple organs, disease types, and clinical scenarios.

At the 2026 China Association of Medical Equipment, X-Magtech unveiled the Marvel MEG® Max 312-channel helium-free magnetoencephalography (MEG) system and a 512-channel, four-person hyperscanning system successfully commercialized and installed at Tsinghua University. Both systems have set new industry benchmarks in the global clinical and research MEG landscape, demonstrating X-Magtech's continued breakthroughs and innovation capabilities in core sensor chipization, system integration, mass production consistency, and the engineering of complex medical equipment.
The ultra-high-channel, interactive multi‑person MEG system provides clinical and research users with higher‑density signal acquisition capabilities and greater application flexibility. It holds significant potential in areas such as lesion localization, functional brain mapping and assessment, fundamental brain science research, and brain‑computer interface exploration.
Leveraging its core quantum precision measurement technology and full-chain independent capabilities, X-Magtech has taken the lead in undertaking a number of major national-level projects, including the "Development of Novel Helium-Free Magnetoencephalography System" under the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, the "Quantum + Medical Detection" project under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) Future Industry Innovation Open Competition, the "Brain Magnetic Imaging Equipment" project as part of the high-end medical equipment promotion initiative jointly launched by the MIIT, the National Health Commission (NHC), and the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), and the "Intelligent Auxiliary Diagnostic Software for Myocardial Ischemia Using Magnetocardiography" project under the MIIT and NHC Artificial Intelligence Medical Device Innovation Initiative. The implementation of these national projects has not only provided top-level policy support and resources for the company's core technology breakthroughs and clinical translation of its products, but has also facilitated the establishment of a technical standard system for quantum medical technology, accelerating the development of domestically produced high-end medical equipment.
X-Magtech has completed installations and established a collaborative industry-research-medicine network at dozens of national medical centers and clinical research centers, as well as over 20 leading hospitals, universities, and research institutes, covering fields such as neurological disorders, mental health, cardiovascular medicine, pediatric medicine, brain science, and cognitive neuroscience. Through close collaboration with clinical and research experts, the company has accumulated over 100,000 clinical data points within just two years and has published more than 30 high-impact scientific articles. These achievements have fully validated the accuracy and effectiveness of magnetocardiography (MCG) and magnetoencephalography (MEG) in clinical applications, including the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases, preoperative localization of epileptic foci, and motor cortex mapping. Furthermore, X-Magtech has successfully explored innovative applications in areas such as magnetogastrography, artificial intelligence algorithm integration, language function decoding, psychiatric disorder assessment, and non-invasive brain-computer interfaces. Following the completion of this financing round, X-Magtech will continue to deepen its core research and development in quantum precision magnetic field sensing and high-end medical equipment.
