Shenzhen Brain-Computer Starlink Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Brain-Computer Starlink”) is a small-scale company with a short operating history. Its current product development in the sleep sector mainly includes EEG acquisition and analysis instruments, brain-computer interface (BCI) sleep aids, BCI sleep monitors, and vagus nerve stimulators. The relevant products have not yet entered the registration application stage; among them, the vagus nerve stimulator is in the preparation stage for type II medical device certificate registration testing. Products related to the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, autism, and stroke are currently in the early R&D or preclinical stages. The technical route of Brain-Computer Starlink’s products under development is non-invasive, which is fundamentally different from the technical approach adopted by Neuralink, the BCI company founded by Elon Musk. Currently, there is no layout for invasive technologies.
