On the evening of January 6, Yahuilong (688575.SH) announced that the company had signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shenzhen Brain-Computer Interface Starlink Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Brain-Computer Interface Starlink”).

The announcement stated that, leveraging Yahuilong’s (688575.SH) robust sales channels and expert resources in emergency care, brain disease diagnostics, and pediatrics, combined with Brain-Computer Starlink’s strong technical team and R&D capabilities in the field of brain-computer interfaces (BCI), the two parties have established a strategic partnership. By integrating BCI technology with clinical and market resources, they will jointly develop BCI-related products under investigation and promote subsequent market expansion and commercialization, thereby enhancing diagnostic and therapeutic standards for central nervous system disorders and other conditions.

About Neuralink
The announcement indicates that Brain-Computer Starlink is an AI-driven enterprise deeply committed to both non-invasive and invasive technical pathways. It aims to establish a comprehensive development ecosystem encompassing “basic research, technology translation, and industrial implementation,” striving to become a leading company in the brain-computer interface (BCI) sector. By deeply integrating its BCI application platform—comprising neural decoding software, ultra-flexible multi-channel electrodes, and application-specific chips—with neuromodulation technologies, the company accelerates the commercialization of detection and diagnostic products for neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, autism, and depression. This approach has formed a tripartite architecture spanning hardware terminals, algorithmic models, and cloud-based services. Currently developed products include EEG acquisition and analysis instruments, BCI-enabled sleep aids, BCI sleep monitoring devices, and vagus nerve stimulators. The technological roadmap for products under development follows a non-invasive approach, which differs fundamentally from the technical pathway adopted by Neuralink, the BCI company founded by Elon Musk. The company currently has no plans for invasive technology deployment.
This strategic collaboration will leverage the strengths of both parties, enhancing the Company’s competitiveness in areas such as central nervous system disorders and expanding its strategic layout in brain-computer interface-related fields, thereby aligning with the Company’s long-term development strategy and the interests of all shareholders.
