MDR-001 is an innovative oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist developed by MindRank using its proprietary AI-assisted design platform. Leveraging the AI platform Molecule DanceTMGuided by precise structure-based design, MDR-001 specifically activates the GLP-1R/stimulatory G protein signaling pathway, efficiently promoting insulin secretion and appetite suppression; it differentially regulates β-arrestin2 recruitment, reducing the risk of receptor desensitization. While exerting its weight-loss effects, it can promote the synergistic repair of pancreatic β-cell function, demonstrating significant mechanistic differentiation and potential clinical advantages.

More detailed research data will be officially disclosed during the conference. Stay tuned!
