Eli Lilly Sells Cialis Rights in Mainland China to Menarini

According to relevant media reports, Eli Lilly recently issued an internal email notification stating that the company has signed an agreement with Italian pharmaceutical company Menarini to sell the rights to Cialis in the mainland China market to the latter.

It is reported that Cialis was once a key product for Eli Lilly in the men's health sector, primarily indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and erectile dysfunction with concomitant benign prostatic hyperplasia in male patients.

Eli Lilly and Company has decided to divest its rights to Cialis in mainland China and will conduct the work handover with Menarini Group in accordance with the contractual agreement. The personnel and work arrangements for the e-commerce and retail key account teams within the commercial division will be announced subsequently.
