Aier Eye Hospital Group Announces Acquisition of Partial Equity Interests in Three Hospitals

China Securities Journal Network (Reporter: Yang Peng) Aier Eye Hospital (300015) announced on the evening of June 11 that the company plans to acquire the 55% equity stake in Dandong Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd., the 51% equity stake in Linyi Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd., and the 80% equity stake in Chongqing Wanzhou Aier Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. held by Hunan Liangshi Changyin Medical Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). Specifically, the transaction price for the 55% stake in Dandong Aier is RMB 34.595 million, the 51% stake in Linyi Aier is RMB 37.944 million, and the 80% stake in Wanzhou Aier is RMB 64.64 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, the company will hold a 55% equity stake in Dandong Aier, a 51% equity stake in Linyi Aier, and an 80% equity stake in Wanzhou Aier.
