On June 16, Blossom Biosciences, co-founded and incubated by Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hansoh Pharma") and Osprey Asset Management (hereinafter referred to as "Osprey AM"), announced its official establishment. Committed to bringing potentially breakthrough therapeutics to more patients in China, the company has successfully completed a $72 million Series A financing round co-led by Hansoh Pharma and Osprey AM.

Bosheng Pharma has entered into an agreement with Hansoh Pharma, under which Hansoh Pharma will provide preclinical, clinical, and commercialization support to accelerate the R&D and market launch of its product pipeline in China. Osprey Asset Management will support Bosheng Pharma in in-licensing innovative products through its extensive global biopharma resources and portfolio companies. Dr. Andrew Phillips, Managing Director of Osprey Asset Management and former CEO of C4 Therapeutics, Inc., has been appointed as the Acting CEO of Bosheng Pharma.
