On June 29, Johnson & Johnson stated that it will not conduct local clinical trials for its single-dose COVID-19 vaccine in India, and is seeking ways to accelerate vaccine supply in the country. According to sources, Johnson & Johnson is exploring how to expedite the distribution of its vaccine in India. As of last week, over 41 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines had been administered across India.
