Teva Submits NDA for Glatiramer Acetate Injection in China for Multiple Sclerosis

Recently, a public notice from the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of China's National Medical Products Administration indicates that Teva has submitted a marketing authorization application in China for its Class 5.1 new drug, "Glatiramer Acetate Injection," and the application has been accepted. According to Teva's financial report, Glatiramer Acetate Injection (brand name: Copaxone) is a medication for multiple sclerosis (MS), which achieved global sales of $1.337 billion in 2020.
