Sirnaomics is a clinical-stage RNA therapeutics biopharmaceutical company dedicated to exploring and developing innovative therapeutics for indications with significant unmet medical needs. According to the prospectus, China International Capital Corporation Limited will serve as the exclusive sponsor for this HKEX IPO application, with 49.6% of the net proceeds from the offering allocated to the development and commercialization of its core candidate product, STP705.
