On July 28, a public notice on the CDE website indicated that the clinical trial application for MSD’s Class 1 innovative drug MK-4280A injection has been accepted. Public information shows that MK-4280A is a combination therapy regimen of the LAG-3 antibody favezelimab (MK-4280) and the PD-1 inhibitor Keytruda, both of which were developed by MSD.
