Novo Nordisk Initiates Phase 3 Clinical Trial in China for Long-Acting Hemophilia A Therapy Turoctocog Alfa Pegol (N8-GP)

On July 28, the China Drug Clinical Trial Registration and Information Disclosure Platform showed that Novo Nordisk has initiated a Phase 3, multicenter, open-label, single-arm trial in China for the investigational drug turoctocog alfa pegol (N8-GP) in previously treated patients with hemophilia A. N8-GP is a long-acting recombinant coagulation factor VIII that has been approved in the United States for prophylactic and on-demand treatment in adults and children with hemophilia A.
