Cancer Treatment New Drug Developer
On July 29, the website of the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) under China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) announced that CT120, a fully human anti-CD19 and anti-CD22 autologous T-cell injection developed by IASO Bio, has received implied approval for clinical trials. The proposed indications include: 1) relapsed/refractory acute B-lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) positive for CD19/CD22; 2) relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL). CT120 is IASO Bio's second CAR-T product. This clinical approval signifies that another investigational product from the company is poised to enter the clinical development stage.
