According to Leju Finance, Bone Medical Devices Co., Ltd. was established on November 12, 2002, with Zhou Feiyu as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 45 million. The company's business scope covers the production and operation of Class II and Class III 6846 implantable materials and artificial organs, among others. Lepu Medical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is a major shareholder, holding a 39.86% stake.

  Lepu Medical was established on June 1, 1999, with Pu Zhongjie as its legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 1.782 billion. The company's business scope covers the production and sales of medical devices and their accessories, among other operations. The 725 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (Luoyang Ship Material Research Institute) is the largest shareholder, holding a 13.52% stake; Pu Zhongjie serves as the actual controller, holding 12.64% of the shares. The company has invested in 68 enterprises, including Lepu (Shenzhen) International Development Center Co., Ltd. and Lepu (Beijing) Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., etc.
