On September 17, Arctic Vison announced the expansion of the product scope under its exclusive license agreement with partner Eyenovia, Inc. (NASDAQ: EYEN) (hereinafter referred to as "Eyenovia"), adding a third in-licensed product, MydCombi., obtaining exclusive development and commercialization rights for the product in Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) and South Korea.

MydCombi(Arctic Vison project code ARVN004) is a first-in-class patented microdosed ophthalmic formulation of tropicamide and phenylephrine for mydriasis. MydCombi™ utilizes Eyenovia’s patented micro-matrix drug film (MAP) technology-based Optejet micro-dose delivery system®

In August 2020, Arctic Vison and Eyenovia, Inc. entered into an exclusive licensing agreement to develop and commercialize ARVN002 (MicroPine) for the treatment of progressive myopia in children and ARVN003 (MicroLine) for the treatment of presbyopia in Greater China and South Korea. Currently, the applications for Phase III clinical trials in China for both ARVN002 and ARVN003 have been approved.
