It is reported that Shanghai HeartCare Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was established on September 18, 2021, with a registered capital of RMB 30 million. Wang Guohui serves as the legal representative, and its business scope includes technical services in the fields of medical and biotechnology, among others.

HeartCare was established on June 16, 2016, with a registered capital of RMB 3,223.3. The legal representative is Wang Guohui, and its business scope includes the production of Class III medical devices, Class II medical devices, etc. The largest shareholder of the company is Wang Guohui, holding a 9.87% stake. The company has made external investments in six enterprises, all of which are involved in the medical sector.

On August 20, 2021, Shanghai HeartCare Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange via a live online connection from its headquarters in Lingang, Shanghai.
