Announcement on the Designation of a Senior Executive to Temporarily Perform the Duties of the Board Secretary

Nanjing Vishee Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the First Meeting of the Second Board of Directors on October 19, 2018, reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of the Company's Board Secretary", and resolved to appoint Ms. Zhong Yiqun as the Board Secretary of the Company. Ms. Zhong Yiqun also concurrently serves as a Director and Deputy General Manager of the Company, and is a member of the Company's senior management.

Given that Ms. Zhong Yiqun has not yet obtained the "Board Secretary Qualification Certificate for the STAR Market" issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the *Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange*, the *Guidelines for the Application of Self-Regulatory Rules for Listed Companies on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange No. 1 – Standardized Operation*, and other relevant regulations, the Board of Directors has designated Ms. Zhong Yiqun, a senior executive of the Company, to perform the duties of the Board Secretary on an acting basis for a period not exceeding three months. Ms. Zhong Yiqun, the designated Board Secretary of the Company, has already enrolled in the STAR Market Board Secretary Qualification Training organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and will take the qualification examination at the earliest opportunity. The Company will complete the filing procedures for the Board Secretary as soon as Ms. Zhong Yiqun obtains the STAR Market Board Secretary Qualification Certificate and her qualification is reviewed and approved without objection by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
